We are not a running club, so we are not looking to be competitive or to break any records, the group is there to act as motivation and support for those that want it. It doesn’t matter how unfit you think you are, or if you’ve not run since your school days, we want to help you get fit and get active. Please, just come along and see what we get up to.

We meet at Williams Field (the Village Hall) twice a week: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30pm (please check our Facebook page for possible changes).
