Black Wheelie bins

Don’t forget the Saturday Freighter Service (Bulky) waste can no longer take garden waste since the introduction of the Council’s chargeable collection service on 30th September 2019.

To subscribe to the new collection service please visit https://recycleforall.tmbc.gov.uk/home/garden-waste. If you don’t subscribe, you can still take garden waste to Kent County Council’s Household Waste Recycling Centres without charge, or compost it at home.

Due to new changes to collection days and working patterns, some of the crews are covering new areas and are getting used to their new collection rounds. This has delayed collections in some areas which means that collections may take place later than usual, or in some cases, early the next day.

You can check your normal collection day & schedule at https://recycleforall.tmbc.gov.uk/

Please do not report missed roads (or collections) until midday the day after they were due to be collected. If your bin has been missed, many apologies – please complete the online report form.
