The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions on High Street in Hadlow, Tonbridge & Malling – on the south east side outside 1/2 The Broadway replace the 11 metres of single yellow lines with double yellow lines.
This order is proposed for the following reasons:
- to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
